We are pleased to offer our specialised Henna workshops to all educational institutions. Numerous educators and students have expressed interest in these programmes. Accordingly, we invite you to inquire about availability, and we will be delighted to organise either a session as part of a day visit or a comprehensive full-day workshop focused on Henna design.
Please note: The henna we use is made of natural ingredients and is NOT the cheapper chemical based products which can cause skin irritation.
The tradition of Mehndi, or henna tattooing, has been practised for thousands of years, with its origins rooted in various ancient civilisations, including Hindu, Greek, and Egyptian cultures, where it was used to mark festive occasions.
Kavita's henna designs consistently delight those fortunate enough to receive them. The appeal of henna art continues to expand, as it offers temporary body art that endures for approximately three to four weeks. Numerous individuals favour this option for special events, appreciating the aesthetic while avoiding the permanence associated with traditional tattoo.
This distinctive service is also offered at private venues, such as during celebratory gatherings or following one of our musical kirtan events, when there is an opportunity to provide henna application to multiple guests.
